Shipping Policy

  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a follow-up email once your order has shipped, including your USPS tracking number.
  • Most orders are delivered within 2–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, delays from courier partners, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • After delivery, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your order has arrived.
  • You may also receive a follow-up email asking for feedback to help us improve our offerings. Participation is optional.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days, please contact us at support@positivemensajes.com or through our Contact Us page.
  • We currently only ship to the continental United States and Puerto Rico. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Free Shipping Policy

  • Orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico. Simply select FREE SHIPPING in your shopping cart or at checkout.
  • If you forget to select free shipping, please contact us immediately. While we will try our best to update your order, we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been placed.
  • Once an order is marked as COMPLETED or has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Return Policy

  • Contact us within: 3 days of delivery.
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery, in new, unused condition, including the original packaging.
  • Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase. We are sorry, but we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped or marked as completed. In this case, you can proceed with our return policy.

Important Notes:

  • Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund minus shipping fees. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Packages returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense, or a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs. This also applies to packages not picked up at the post office and returned to us.
